Adam is the founder and artistic director of the Campbell Bay Music Festival, held annually since 2009 on SḴŦAḴ / Mayne Island.

Adam teaches fiddle, guitar, banjo, audio engineering, arranging, ensemble playing, and music theory.
He has taught at music camps including Goderich Celtic College, Gavin Lake Fiddle ‘Treat, and the Victoria Conservatory Fiddle Camp.

Adam offers instruction and programs for high school students, and is frequently a guest instructor for the Gulf Island Secondary School advanced music class “GISPA” on Salt Spring Island. Adam has also coached the Victoria-based youth string ensemble Coastline.
